Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from Italy with trusted couriers, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched. All shipments are protected by insurance, with the cost included and calculated based on the value of the package.

Estimated flat rates:

  • Italy – €10

  • Europe – €15

  • Scandinavia – €20

  • USA, Canada, UAE, Iceland – €35

  • Worldwide – €45

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy & Europe: 2–5 business days

  • Scandinavia: 3–7 business days

  • USA & Worldwide: 5–10 business days

All orders are delivered in sustainable, discreet packaging.

Important notes:

  • Shipping costs are estimated flat rates and may vary slightly depending on the courier and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for delivery delays or lost packages due to incorrect details, courier issues, or customs clearance.

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or taxes imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and for hygiene reasons, our return policy is strict:

No returns or refunds on:

  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items

  • Items missing original tags

  • Custom-made or made-to-order garments (unless demonstrably faulty)

  • Briefs – for hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned under any circumstances

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all labels intact

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original labels and packaging

  • You contact us at info@amaranthinelingerie.com before returning, providing your order number, reason for return, and photos or other proof supporting the reason

  • The return is approved in writing and you follow the instructions provided

  • You use a tracked shipping method and provide proof of shipment

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product

Sizing Guide Reminder: To reduce returns, please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items:

  • Appear worn, used, or damaged (e.g., stains, odors, stretched fabric)

  • Are returned without prior approval

  • Arrive in unacceptable condition

Unauthorized or poor-condition returns will be rejected without refund or shipped back at your expense.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs. Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Exchanges:
If you would like a different size or style, please contact us at info@amaranthinelingerie.com. We will work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s an exchange, store credit, or another option that fits your needs.
